After arriving at midnight, which in fact turned out to be an overbooking, I found the room to be a much better alternative than starting the day in a basement breakfast room. The service was a bit complicated due to the annoying lighting system but redeemed by the kindness of the staff. The location is great for running on amazing tracks, especially for business trips, but lacks power outlets. Dining on the 11th floor offers a nice city view with a variety for breakfast. Overall, elevator efficiency is crucial in this tower hotel.
